Notes

6/25/2013 - Kegged. Lime was the dominant flavoring that came through, but wasn't overpowering. Subtle mint in the background that balanced the lime nicely. Not much in the way of malt flavors or aroma, but it is very well balanced with the flavoring additions.
Tasting Notes 8/15/2013: Lime mellowed after a little while in the keg, but was still the dominant over the subtle mint in the background. I don't know that I'll be making this beer again as I liked the Basil Blond ale over this one. Overall, it was an interesting experiment.
