Notes

/22/14 - Didn't take gravity reading after diluting w/ water. Pitched US-05 into one fermenter and Brett C saved yeast (6 month old) into other.
/27/14 - Kegged Blonde. Added 1 oz strawberry extract after tasting the blonde and it being a little too bitter. FG=1.010
/24/14 - Kegged Brett C Blonde. FG=1.004. Subtle tropicle fruit notes with a crisp finish. Saved yeast cake into 3 plastic bottles.
/22/14 - Dumped half the remaining keg of Strawberry Cream Ale. The bitterness was just a bit too strong for such a light beer with a neutral yeast. Looking forward to trying the Brett C batch to see if the funk can compete with the overly bitter light base.
