Notes

9/25/2014 - Steamed 2.5 oz whiskey chips in microwave. Drained water and added to primary fermenter. Try after a few days to see how it's infusing.
10/2/14 - Kegged. Somewhat buttery, overly sweet caramel aroma. Could be from the old extract. I'll let it sit in the keg for a few weeks before putting it on tap to see if it mellows out.
