Notes

Brew Day - Smack pack sprung a leak, so I transferred contents to a sanatized mason jar. Also ran out of propane halfway through the boil and didn't notice for 20 minutes or so. Boiled a little longer to compensate.
11/3/14 - Kegged & saved 3 containers of yeast. Subtle toasty flavor, rounded malt, nice session beer!
