10/4/2015 - Added 1 oz Citra & Mosiac to primary.
10/8/2015 - FG=1.014. Great hop flavor and aroma! Citra was a bit stronger than the Mosaic, but both came through well. Put in the kegerator right away to carbonate and serve fresh.
1/14/2016 - Added 2 oz Mosaic hops to the primary.
