Notes

9/26/2016 - Removed from chest freezer
10/2/2016 - Added dry hops & stirred in because leaf hops were floating on top.
10/5/2016 - FG=1.014. Hop flavor and aroma balanced with malt. Skimmed leaf hops from top of fermenter before racking. Still had some issues with the hops plugging the auto-siphon.
2/2/2017 - Finally finished this keg. The hop flavor and aroma lasted until the end. This was a very good beer overall with great malt and hop balance!
