Notes

3/15/2016 - Volume was a little high, so I boiled for an extra 10 minutes before adding the hops. Cooled to 75 and split wort between fermenters & topped up with water. Brought upstairs to ferment. Didn't take gravity readings.
3/27/2016- Dry hopped one fermenter with 1 oz Mosaic and the other with 1 oz Galaxy.
4/4/2016 - Kegged. FG of both batches was 1.010. Bitterness seemed a bit high with the thinner body, but carbonation should help. Looking forward to trying these side-by-side and also belending at the tap.
