Notes

3/28 - Ran out of Rahr Pale, so I made up the difference with my new Avangard pale malt. Really good efficiency tonight for slightly higher gravity batch.
4/18 - Dry hopped with 2oz Belma.
4/25 - Kegged. Orante/citrus zest aroma up front, strawberry notes show through in tasting which were pointed out by others, really interesting character. Put in kegerator to carbonate right away.
