Notes

4/4/2017 - Brew Day. Didn't take a gravity reading after splitting the wort between 2 fermenters and topping up, but it should be around 1.045.
4/14/2017 - Dry-hop one batch with 1 oz Citra & Mosaic and the other with 1 oz Citra & Simcoe.
4/20/2017 - Kegged. FG on both was 1.012. Firm bitterness from both batches with great late-addition and dry-hopping. These will be great to have on tap as it starts getting warmer!
