Notes
7/3/2018 - Minimal bitterness but a good amount of hop aroma and flavor. Next time I will still add some bittering hops to provide a little more balance. May be a slight hint of DMS from the Pilsner malt based on bringing samples to a beer club meeting. Overall an easy drinking summer beer.
