Taste Notes: Overall I really like this new hop variety. It's kind of subtle on its own, so I added a little Mosaic in the dry-hop to add some complexity. This will be a good hop to mix with other varieties. I tapped the second keg of this, and put it on my funky tap, which I think caused it to go a little funky. There are some notes in the beer similar to the light hay notes I get out of my lighter funk blends. Still tastes good, so I'm going to roll with it.
