Notes

2/15/2020 - Brew Day - Realized I was running low on Mosaic hops, so I made substitutions during the boil so I could use my last 2oz for a dry hop addition. Put fermenter in the basement to start, but moved it up after a day of minimal activity. Ended bringing back downstairs after it was getting close to 70 degrees.

2/22/2020 - Added 2oz Azacca & 2 (1.86) oz Mosaic to fermenter. Planning on bringing the fermenter upstairs to finish out fermentation a little warmer.

2/26/2020 - Kegged - FG 1.010. Nice tropical fruity hop aroma and flavor. There was a slight bit of sharpness that I wasn't a fan of. Not sure if it's bitterness related or something else. Hopefully it ages out as the beer sits. Put in the kegerator to carb.
