Notes

3/30/2020 - Brew Day - Fermented in basement to keep the beer cooler

4/10/2020 - Added 2oz Simcoe to fermenter and brought upstairs to finish a little warmer. It was only at 58 degrees in the basement, so I don't want the diacetyl issue I had with my IPA from a month ago.

4/16/2020 - Kegged - FG=1.010. Nice fruity and citrus flavor and aroma. This one went straight into the kegerator to replace the Kveik IPA that blew last night.
