Hop stand at 170 degrees for 10 minutes before chilling quickly as normal.
6/11/2020 - Added pan-toasted coconut & dry-hops to the primary.
6/17/2020 - Kegged - FG=1.010 - Strained out coconut with a strainer and kegged as normal. Complex hop aroma and flavor up front with a coconut note in the middle and a bitter finish. The finish is a bit more sharp/bitter than I was expecting, so hopefully that balances out with a little time.
