Notes

8/4/2020 - Kegged - FG=1.004 - Beer seemed more dry than I was ecpecting. Slight spicy note from the yeast, but fairly neutral overall. Added about 3 oz of Mango extract to the keg and racked on top. Tasted after filling, and the mango seemed a little light, so I added the remaining 1oz or so from the bottle. This one should be a good crisp summer/fall beverage.
