*Pithced yeast at 78 degrees and let it free rise into the low 80s. Activity started less than 12 hours after pitching and stopped after only a couple days.

8.`7.2020 - Kegged - FG=1.010 - Very clean and crisp flavor and finish! The beer was brilliantly clear, with some yeast still remaining on top. Put into the kegerator rigth away along with the Festbier made with US-05 to compare. Also saved 4 16oz bottles of the yeast cake to use on future batches.
