Notes
Bring 2 gallons water & 8lbs table sugar to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. Add yeast energizer & nutrient and chill in a water bath to around 90 degrees. Split sugar water between 2x5 gallon fermenters & top up with tap water. Pitch 2 packets of yeast into each fermenter, and ferment as normal.
11/15/2020 - Kegged - Added 1 vial LorAnn oil to each keg (one raspberry and one blackberry), but the flavor didn't seem very prominent after I finished transferring. I decided to add 2oz of Brewers Best Blueberry extract to each keg as well to add some additional flavor. Hopefully that will be enough.
