Notes

9/29/2020 - Brew Day - Chilled to 75 degrees and pitched yeast.
10/1/2020 - Noticed fermenter was a bit warm (72-74), so I put the fermenter in a water bath with the t-shirt on and put a low fan on it for a little swamp cooler chilling.
10/7/2020 - Added 1.5oz Citra & Mosaic to fermenter. SG=1.010. Tasted sample, and there is a nice juicy/tripical hop flavor and aroma with some subtle grain notes in the background. Should be great after dry hopping!
