Notes

**Use distilled water for half the mash and sparge amounts**

3/2/2021 - Brew Day - cut my water in half with Hy-Vee brand distilled in both mash and sparge. Chilled to 70 degreese and poured into the fermenter, being sure to leave the protien & hop material behind for the most part, since I plan to save the yeast for some future experiments/batches.

3/15/2021 - Kegged - FG=1.010 - Flavor was clean and crisp with some light bready notes. There was also a little tartness/lager yeast notes as the beer hadn't fully cleared yet. This should be fine once the beer clears. I put it into the kegerator to lager right away. If clarity is a problem after aging for a week or two, I may try to add gelatin to clear it further. Saved 3 containers of yeast for future batches.
