6/10/2021 - Hy-Vee subed out my regular Apple juice with a "Light Cocktail" with 75% less sugar. I took a gravity reading, and it was only at 1.010, so I added 4 lbs of table sugar to the batch and mixed to combine. SG should be around the normal 1.046 now.
7/8/2021 - Kegged - FG=1.000 - There was a slight artifical sweetness to this batch it seems, so there may have been some of that in the cider. Nothing too strong though. I added 1 can of thawed AJ concentrate to the keg along with 1 TB potassium sorbate and racked the cider on top.
