Notes

9/23/2021 - Brew Day - Mashed for around 45 minutes before running off. Boiled for 30 minutes, adding the hops as stated. After the final hop addition, I cut the heat and allowed the kettle to steep an additional 10 minutes before chilling.

10/2/2021 - added 1oz Comet hops to primary

10/6/2021 - Kegged - FG=1.010 - Clean hop flavor and bitterness. Some citrus & grapefruit notes from the hops, but very mellow. This should be an easy drinking pale ale once it goes on tap.
