Notes

11/2/2021 - Brew Day - Rauch malt was very fresh, so hopefully using 50% won't be too strong in the end. I still have another 5 lbs to play with in other recipes.

11/24/2021 - Kegged - FG=1.010 - Flavor was pleasantly smokey. A bit more on the stronger side, but still very nice to drink. Should age well.

12/22/2021 - Added 1 tsp gelatin mixed into 1/2 cup boiling water and shook keg to drop out chill haze.
