Notes

12/31/2021 - Brew Day - Tried using the grain bag again this time, but instead of trying to keep it tight agains the malt pipe, I just put it in the bottom of the BZ system and let it sit there after I raised the malt pipe to sparge. Once the sparge was over, I pulled out the bag which allowed me to remove the smaller grain pieces that seem to make it through the screen. This worked very well and allowed me to sparge quickly as before. After the boil, I chilled to 60 degrees in about 30-40 minutes and pumped into the fermzilla, pitched my saved W-34/70 yeast, aerated with the mix-n-stir, and set the spunding valve to 10psi.
