Taste Notes: Sabro hops dominated the flavor and aroma of this batch. They have a great coconut & tripocal node, but I will need to use less of them in future batches so they don't take over everything and overwhelm the other hop varieties.

Notes
3/8/2022 - Brew Day - Short mash and I was going to do a short boil, but I collected too much wort, so I boiled the full 60 minutes.
3/13/2022 - Added dry hops. I tried adding them through the yeast collection vessel on the bottom of the Fermzilla, but the hops just got covered in yeast and were not making it into the beer, so I shut the valve and dumped them into the top of the fermenter instead. I don't think the yeast collection vessel method will work unless I plan to dump the yeast before dry-hopping, which I don't want to do.
