Taste Rating: 30.0
Taste Notes: Bright tropical notes and a smooth mouthfeel. It's hard to tell if the grape juice added anything via biotransformation or not due to the higher hoping rate. I'll have to play around with this in a batch where I limit the hops. Maybe a grape juice blonde.

Notes
6/1/2022 - Brew Day - Mashed a little warmer at 156 degrees for around 45 minutes with 2oz of the lower AA Simcoe hops. I also just added the CaCL & Gypsum to the mash since it was already 6 gallons. Sparged with 1 gallon hot tap water that was treated with campden. Had a bit of a boilover with the lid on too long. Added remaining hops at 5 minute & flameout. Chilled to 72 degrees and added 2qts Welches 100% Grape Juice to the fermenter and pitched harvested Cosmic Punch yeast. Aerated with mix-n-stir.
6/13/2022 - Kegged - FG=1.010 - Bright hop aroma & flavor. Tropical notes were prominent. There was a slight pink hue from the grape juice. I put this one in the keezer right away to chill & carb for my birthday party.
