Notes

7/13/2022 - Brew Day - Forgot rice hulls, but luckily the mash seemed to drain just fine.

7/15/2022 - Fermentation was very active as usual with this yeast strain and I had to remove the airlock to clean it out, as it was full of yeast and causing the lid of the bucket to bulge.

7/18/2022 - Added 2oz Strata and 2 oz Mosaic hops to fermenter and stirred to combine. There was still a thick layer of yeast on top, and the last time I just sprinkled in hops on top of that yeast cake, they didn't seem to get mixed into the beer as well, so this should help.

7/24/2022 - Kegged - hops seemed to have a harsh flavor, but we'll see what happens.

7/26/2022 - Harshness of the hops totally went away after carbonation. This beer is awesome!
