Notes
7/18/2022 - Brew Day - Standard brew day with a 10 minute whirlpool for 10 minutes around 190 degrees. I may need to start using my hop strainer for the hops to keep them off the bottom of the kettle. It tends to reduce the effectiveness of the whirlpool. Chilled to 75 degrees and pitched Sundew yeast. I plan to transfer this batch onto the dry hops and harvest the yeast cake from primary.
7/25/2022 - Transferred to secondary with 2oz each of Azacca & Mosiac hops. FG=1.010. Slight fruity flavor. Not getting any strawberry notes mentioned yet. Saved the yeast cake to use on future batches into 4 PET bottles.
9/20/2022 - Blew keg. Still lots of great hop & yeast flavor.
