9/8/2022 - Brew Day - Normal brew day. Fermentation temps got a little high into the low 70s.

9/16/2022 - Kegged - FG=1.010 - Malty & caramel flavors, some yeast esters that I'm hoping will mellow out with time. I plan to serve this at Rachel's birthday party and make a tincture that I will mix with simple syrup so people can add that to their beer if they want a pumpkin-spice beer.

9/19/2022 - Made pumpkin tincture with the ingredients listed below. I plan to add this tincture to a simple syrup and put that in a squeeze bottle so people can add this to the Amber if they want pumpkin spice flavor.
