Notes
6/3/2022 - Transferred to secondary with .5 tsp k-meta and 1 tsp k-sorbate.
6/22/2022 - Kegged - Added 4 tsp potassium sorbate & back-sweetened with 1 can of AJ concentrate. I put this batch into the kegerator right away to chill & carb.
9/20/2022 - Blew keg after bottling a coupole small growlers. Still had a nice complex apple flavor with just the right amount of sweetness since I put the keg in the kegerator right away to serve.
