Notes
1/5/2023 - Brew Day - Added hops after chilling wort to around 190 degrees and whirlpooled for 10 minutes before chilling the rest of the way.
1/13/2023 - Transferred to secondary. SG = 1.012. Not a lot of hop flavor or aroma, but everything was very clean with a nice nutty/toasty grain flavor. I'm guessing this is from the toasted oat malt. Added 2oz Azacca & 2.5 oz Strata to finish out what I had left in the freezer. I'll have to buy another pack of those hops, as I really enjoy the flavor and aroma. Saved the yeast cake in 4 PET bottles to use on other batches.
