2/13/2023 - Brew Day - I had some leftover LunarCrush yeast even after saving the cake into 4 vessels, so I decided to brew a quick lager. This batch will use mash hopping with Saaz hops and just a small charge of Magnum to bitter and NO late additions. I ended up adding about .5oz Magnum to the mash, since that was all that was left in the jar. It shouldn't provide too much bitterness hopefully, but I may reduce the bittering addtion to 45 minutes to account for it.
2/?/2023 - Transferred to secondary
3/2/23 - Kegged - FG=1.010 - Clean but kind of skunky/dank flavor & aroma. This will be interesting to see how it ages.
