Notes

3/2/2023 - Brew Day - Mashed with 3 gallons distilled water & 1 gallon tap. Sparged with 3.4 gallons that I heated on the stove to around 175 degrees. NOTE: I ended up not putting the mash in correctly, so I collected a gallon too much wort. Instead of boiling extra long, I just removed about 1/2 gallon and dumped it out. I will extend the boil to 90 minutes to reduce a bit more.
