Taste Notes: Great flavor overall! I don't know if I would change my standard short boil process for this style, but there were no DMS or other off-flavors in the beer, and it had a bright Ctira flavor & aroma.

Notes
3/21/2023 - Brew Day - Mashed for 45 minutes, sparged, and brought up to 180 degrees before adding wort chiller & hop basket. After 5 minutes, I added the whirlpool hops and started recirculating for 15 minutes before chilling as normal. I added a bit more of the 2020 Citra hops than planned because it was the end of my inventory of that year. I will dry hop with some of the newer 2022 inventory. Pitched saved Verdant IPA yeast.
3/25/2023 - Dry hopped
3/30/2023 - Kegged - FG = 1.010 - No DMS or other off-flavors due to not boiling. Great Citra hop aroma and flavor. There was a bit of a sharp bitterness in the finish, so hopefully that ages out a bit over time.
6/6/2023 - Killed the keg - Great flavor the whole way through this keg.
