Notes
3/29/2023 - Brew Day - Used 5 gallons of distilled water to mash with and sparged with standard hot tap water treated with campden tablet. Stirred in sugar after sparging. Added a couple saved containers of saved LunarCrush yeast, as they were smaller than typical. Aerated with mix-n-stir and put on lid set at 5 psi to ferment under pressure.
4/10/2023 - Transferred to secondary. SG=1.006. Flavor was mostly of the LunarCrush yeast thiolized character, with the hops being in the background.
4/25/2023 - Kegged - Didn't take a reading and the aroma seemed very similar to the other LunarCrush batches I've made.
