Notes

5/12/2023 - Brew Day - Started with RO water & added 1tsp CaCL & .5 tsy Gypsum. Also added 2.5ml Lactic Acid to the mash water along with 1oz Saaz hops. Mashed for 40 minutes. Sparged with RO water treated with .5 ml Lactic Acid heated to 185 degrees. Boiled 45 minutes, added chiller & added hops with 1 minute left in the boil. Chilled to 185 degrees and added whirlpool hops for 10 minutes. Chiled to 68 degrees and transferred to AllRounder. Added yeast during transfer and mixed & aerated with the mix-n-stir. Starting fermentation without pressure and plan to add 10 psi after 24 hours or so.

5/19/2023 - Transferred to seconday. Didn't end up staving the yeast because the basement was warnming up and I won't be brewing any more lagers until the fall.

5/30/2023 - Kegged
