Notes

8/2/2023 - Brew Day - Short mash & boil. Added hops directly to the BZ since I was only using 1.5 oz. I plan to add some toasted coconut to a bag in secondary. Pitched yeast at 85 degrees and fermented under 8psi in All Rounder.

8/9/2023 - Transferred to secondary & added coconut and 1oz Sabro & .5oz El Dorado hops. NOTE: I also put a large mesh bag inside the fermenter so I can easily pull the coconut and hops out before kegging. Also saved 4 conatiners of the Lutra yeast for future batches.

8/15/2023 - Kegged and added 1 vial of LorAnne Mango extract to provide a little depth of tropical flavor.

9/1/2023 - Mango flavor was not very strong, so I decided to add 3 squirts of the Capella Sweet Mango flavoring to the keg and shook to combine after applying CO2 and venting.
