Notes

11/8/2023 - Brew Day - Mashed a bit lower than expected (147), but I went with it instead of trying to raise the temp. There is enough specialty malt in the batch, where a slightly higher fermentability shouldn't matter that much. Chilled to 76 degrees, transfered to All Rounder, and pitched saved Lutra Kveik yeast from 8/2023. I plan to ferment under 5 psi.

11/14/2023 - Kegged - Brilliantly clear, clean and crisp malt flavor, dry finish. FG=1.010.
