Notes

**Tested adding 1TB instead of 1-2tsp CaCl to the mash to see if that rounds out the hop flavor a little more.

1/30/2024 - Brew Day - Boiled for 1 hour. Added whirlpool hops at 170 degrees and stopped chilling for 15 minutes while recirculating. Continued chilling to 74 degrees after whirlpool. Pitched saved Star Party yeast into All-Rounder fermenter while transferring.
