1/30/2024 - Brew Day - Added 3 gallons of Hy-Vee That's Smart Apple Juice from Concentrate to a 3 gallon fermenter. Added one 5oz pack of Fermentis SafCider yeast. The yeast didn't have a number after it, so maybe it was one of their first versions before they isolated a few different strains?
