Notes
2/6/2024 - Brew Day - Mashed for one hour at 158 degrees to promote a little more residual sweetness. Sparged and heated to 180 degrees. Added wort chiller and recirculation arm & held for 5 minutes before dropping temp to 175 degrees. Added hops and whirlpooled for 15 minutes before chilling. Pitched saved Omega Star Party yeast and plan to ferment under around 5psi of pressure.
